Our Warranty and Guarantee
Every kitchen remodel we build carries a written two-year workmanship warranty. It includes hold-point inspections and a punch list that must be empty before we call it done.

What the Written Warranty Covers
Few contractors put their warranty in writing. We do. Your contract includes a two-year workmanship warranty, plainly spelled out. It covers cabinets, countertops, tile, trim, and our plumbing and electrical work.
Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are often longer. We register those products for you when the maker allows it. We hand you every document at the final walkthrough.
Hold-Point Inspections
That is why we inspect our own work at four hold points: rough-in, cabinet set, countertop, and finish. Work does not continue until each checkpoint passes. See our six-step remodeling process.
The Punch-List Policy
At the final walkthrough we build a written punch list together. We fix every line, and you sign off on each one. The final payment is not due until the list is empty.
What Is Not Covered
Honesty cuts both ways. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Neither is damage from misuse or changes you make after we leave. Appliance breakdowns belong to the appliance maker.

Frequently Asked Questions
Two full years on all workmanship: cabinets, countertops, tile, trim, and our plumbing and electrical work. Manufacturer warranties run separately, and we register those products for you.
Call us. If it is a workmanship issue, we fix it free under the two-year warranty. If it is a product defect, we help you file the manufacturer claim and handle the reinstall labor.
Both. Our written warranty covers our labor for two years. Materials carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which is often longer. We pass every document to you at the final walkthrough.
A punch list is a written list of every item that needs a final touch before the job closes. We build it together at the final walkthrough. Every item gets fixed and you sign off on each one. The job is not done until the list is empty.
